For over thirty years, we have stood in potato fields and visited processing plants in every continent; from Argentina to Idaho and from Africa to Asia. Everywhere we saw the same challenges: a growing world population, an unpredictable climate and the need to handle food more efficiently and sustainably.
The potato is the answer; However, unlocking that potential does not take heavy, traditional plants. It takes smart, affordable and flexible solutions, including local machinery. Processors in Asia, Africa and South America are building their own hubs, but often lack the specialist know-how to design them efficiently.
That is why we founded Global Potato Engineering: to be the missing link in the chain. We take ownership of the problem and do not rest until your project succeeds.
